Our office is based in central London and we are happy to meet our clients in person. However most of the time, a meeting isn’t necessary and the work is completed with only discussions over phone, email and Skype. We upload our work to private websites that only clients can access and then work together to discuss any changes

The cost of a website varies and depends on its complexity. Our starting price for new website project is £600 and goes up to several thousands pounds depending on how much work needs to be done.
Understandably, this depends on what you need. After a discussion and an understanding of your requirements, we’re able to provide an accurate time estimate of how long your project would take.
We use WordPress to design and develop website which is by far the most popular and reliable platform. WordPress accounts for approximately 28% of all websites currently online and is incredibly user friendly and easy to use.
We fully support any website we design for 30 days and are always available should you encounter any problems. If you decide that after the free support period you need professional help to manage the website you can opt in for one of our monthly maintenance plans.
You can access your administrative areas from anywhere as long as you have an Internet connection. You can make updates instantly and as frequently as you wish. GWebDev also can update it for you
Support and Maintenance
After you have selected and purchased your support plan, you can fill out a Customer Intake Form so we can collect some details about your site. This helps us connect to your site in order to install our services offered (i.e., security monitoring, backups, and plugins). Our staff keeps these credentials private and will never share these details with anyone not associated with GWebDev.
We aim to solve support tickets the same day. We work normal business hours Monday to Friday and also monitor support requests at the weekend for urgent tickets. We aim to cover 24/7 support for all time-zones eventually.
You are in full control of your subscription. We believe in earning your business month after month, and you can cancel your service with us at any time, risk free.
Each support plan is for one website, you can sign-up multiple times and add as many websites as you like.
The site is immediately rolled-back to the backup state taken prior to performing the update. The majority of issues are addressed free of cost, however, custom plugins, issues introduced by users, or especially time-consuming issues may be billable. GWebDev will notify you before charging anything to your account
For security reasons, no one other than approved parties may request information or support services for a GWebDev customer. The account holder is the default approved party, but you can also assign authorized users to your account! This can be done simply by emailing us with the name and email address for additional authorized users, as well as specific instructions regarding which sites they are authorized for. From then on, they can both request data and support services with ease.
The plugin is still monitored for issues as before. If no breaking changes or other issues are presented, it remains on the site. GWebDev frequently encounters plugins with a variety of issues; in such cases, the customer is notified of better (and up-to-date) alternatives.
If you have a specific project or job that is larger in scope we can provide a custom quote for you outlining the number of hours to complete and estimated cost. We are able to provide all design / development work in relation to WordPress for GWebDev clients at a discounted rate of £99.99 per hour.
Yes, at the end of each month we will email you a report containing details of any WordPress core, theme or plugin updates along with other important information related to your website.
